Seem the receptionist as soon as I walked in that was it, smoke break/phone break was more important than taking me back to get a hair cut and an invisible person named Andy walked in store to make his appointment which meant I had to wait even longer had I been took back when the lady was done I would have been golden instead running late for wedding and no haircut also hairstylist needs to loose the RBF face also. Don’t think I will be back!
